The Leona street spec house is sold and in today’s market that is not an easy thing to do. Everyone remarked on the great flow of the house, craftsmanship and wonderful attention to detail. That is what gives a Halcyon home the edge over others and makes it a true gem.  Best wishes to the new owners!
